HCMC/ Elite offensive custom playbooks poll

So there's been a lot of talk on whether to allow custom playbooks this year. Offense is definitely overpowered it may lead to excessive cheese with everyone having the same money plays. 

As much fun as it would be, I can see how having custom O books would just be too much. I'm fine either way.

This is only for offensive custom pbs. Defensive custom pbs are fine.

I'm thinking that we'll let people use their custom O books for the 1st season and evaluate it then.
